We're in-network with most major commercial plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, BCBS, and Medicare.
Self-pay rates are published below - there are no hidden fees and no surprise charges.
We verify your benefits before your first appointment, so you'll know your expected cost before you arrive.
TMS is offered as a single full-course package with a 50/50 payment schedule, not per-session billing.
Spravato is an insurance-only service. We do not offer a self-pay rate.

TWO WAYS PATIENTS PAY
Insurance, or Self-Pay.
Most patients use insurance. For those who don't, our published self-pay rates apply. Both routes get the same care from the same clinicians - only the billing differs.
A note on what these rates mean.
The fees below are standard self-pay rates. If you're insured, your actual out-of-pocket cost is usually much lower - your copay or coinsurance applies to your plan's contracted rate, not our self-pay fee.

All consultations are with a board-certified psychiatrist at our Greenpoint office, with secure telehealth available where clinically appropriate.
TMS Therapy
Full course covers consult, motor-threshold mapping, and 30–36 sessions. Not billed per session.
Medication Management
Board-certified psychiatrist · in person or telehealth
Psychotherapy
CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, integrative · 45–50 min
Spravato (Esketamine)
Insurance-only under the manufacturer's REMS safety program. Out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan.

Do I need to know my coverage before booking?
No. We run a benefits check on your behalf and provide a written cost estimate before your first visit.
What if my insurance isn't listed?
Contact us anyway - the list isn't exhaustive. We'll check whether we're in-network with your plan.
Is TMS covered by insurance?
Often, yes. Most major plans cover TMS for treatment-resistant depression when criteria are met. We handle prior authorization.
What about Spravato coverage?
Billed as a medical benefit through your insurance. Out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan's deductible and coinsurance.
Can I pay with HSA or FSA?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards alongside all major credit cards.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full self-pay rate.
